Sicilian origin, typical area near Marsala, the Grecanico grapes are grown in great minerals and pack pure freshness.
Harvested by hand in small crates, they are de-stemmed and gently pressed. The fermentation is controlled at a constant temperature of 16°C in stainless steel vats. The re-fermantation is inside the bottles, leaving a small re-fermentation residue on the bottom of the bottle. The bottles are stored at least one month before being marketed.
